Dr Tarang Jain Arora

Integrative and Metabolic Health Physician

Dr Tarang Jain Arora is an integrative physician working in metabolic, hormonal and gut health. She consults in person in Gurgaon and Vikaspuri, and online worldwide.

Philosophy

A diagnosis is a starting point, not an explanation.

Most people arrive with a label and a prescription, and no working picture of what is happening inside their own body. They have been told their liver is fatty, their thyroid is borderline, their cycles are irregular — and told what to take, but never why.

Weight, blood sugar, liver fat, cycles, mood and sleep are not separate problems that happen to share a person. They sit on the same metabolic and hormonal machinery, which is why treating them one at a time so often stalls.

So the consultation starts with the mechanism. What is actually happening, what the numbers on your own reports are saying, and which few changes will move them — stated plainly enough that you could explain it to someone else.

A plan you understand is a plan you can keep on a bad week. That is the whole argument for teaching first.

Why Alitheau exists

Because most health information is written to be shared, not to be understood.

Teach first

Every page here is built to leave you understanding something, not to leave you worried enough to click. Education is what earns the consultation, not the other way round.

Say what is uncertain

Where the evidence is thin, the page says so. Where a number needs a doctor rather than a website, the page says that too. Our editorial policy sets out how content is written and reviewed.

No fear, no fads

No countdown timers, no miracle protocols, no before-and-after photographs. Sustainable change is unglamorous, and pretending otherwise is how people end up back where they started.
