What to bring
The consultation goes further when the numbers are in the room.
- Any blood reports from the last twelve months, including the older ones
- Ultrasound, scan or endoscopy reports, if you have had them
- A list of every medicine and supplement you currently take, with doses
- A rough sense of a normal day’s food and sleep — no diary needed
If you do not have any of this, come anyway. Part of the first consultation is deciding which tests are actually worth doing, and repeating something you had six weeks ago is rarely one of them.
